Purchase Process

1.  Kitten Application.

Please start by filling out our Kitten Application. We’d love to learn a little more about you, your family, and your home so we can get to know each other better and help match you with the kitten that feels just right for you

2. Choosing your kitten

As a trusted Maine Coon breeder in Minnesota, we make the process simple: you choose your kitten, we confirm availability, and I personally answer all your questions — even the ones you think might be silly.

3. Please read our contract carefully before making a deposit. 

4. Deposit (non-refundable)

To reserve a kitten from our selection of Maine Coon cats for sale in MN, a $500 deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable* and shows serious intentions. Once the deposit is received, the kitten is taken off the market and reserved just for you.

5. Contract

After the deposit is sent, we sign a purchase contract (through DocuSign) that clearly outlines all terms and conditions. No surprises — everything is transparent.

6. Remaining balance

The remaining balance is due before the kitten goes home. Accepted payment methods: Zelle / Venmo / cash app / cash and etc (as agreed).

7. Kitten preparation

Your Maine Coon kitten goes to the new home: 

• no earlier than 3.5–4 months of age (depending on weight and surgery timing), 

• spayed/neutered, 

• vaccinated according to age,

• veterinary checked, 

• with a contract and care recommendations.

8. Going home day

The date and travel details are discussed in advance. The kitten leaves only after full recovery from surgery — safety first.
