1. Kitten Application.

Please start by filling out our Kitten Application. We’d love to learn a little more about you, your family, and your home so we can get to know each other better and help match you with the kitten that feels just right for you

2. Choosing your kitten

As a trusted Maine Coon breeder in Minnesota, we make the process simple: you choose your kitten, we confirm availability, and I personally answer all your questions — even the ones you think might be silly.

3. Please read our contract carefully before making a deposit.

4. Deposit (non-refundable)

To reserve a kitten from our selection of Maine Coon cats for sale in MN, a $500 deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable* and shows serious intentions. Once the deposit is received, the kitten is taken off the market and reserved just for you.

5. Contract

After the deposit is sent, we sign a purchase contract (through DocuSign) that clearly outlines all terms and conditions. No surprises — everything is transparent.

6. Remaining balance

The remaining balance is due before the kitten goes home. Accepted payment methods: Zelle / Venmo / cash app / cash and etc (as agreed).

7. Kitten preparation

Your Maine Coon kitten goes to the new home:

• no earlier than 3.5–4 months of age (depending on weight and surgery timing),

• spayed/neutered,

• vaccinated according to age,

• veterinary checked,

• with a contract and care recommendations.

8. Going home day

The date and travel details are discussed in advance. The kitten leaves only after full recovery from surgery — safety first.

How much is a Cat Paravel Maine Coon kitten?

Our Maine Coon kittens are generally priced from $2,800 to $3,500 depending on the kitten.

How old are kittens when they go home?

Our Maine Coon kittens usually go to their new homes at approximately 3.5 months of age or older, depending on their individual development and recovery after spay or neuter surgery.

Are your Maine Coon kittens vaccinated and microchipped?

Yes. Before leaving Cat Paravel, our kittens receive age-appropriate veterinary care, including two killed FVRCP vaccinations, rabies vaccination, deworming, and microchipping.

Are your kittens spayed or neutered before going home?

Many of our kittens are spayed or neutered before going home. When a kitten leaves Cat Paravel intact under the terms of the purchase agreement, the buyer is required to have the kitten spayed or neutered by the deadline specified in the contract and provide proof to the breeder.

Are Maine Coons good with children and other pets?

Maine Coons are generally known for being social, affectionate, and family-oriented cats. Our kittens grow up with regular human interaction and children. Individual personalities vary, and proper introductions are especially important when bringing a kitten into a home with other pets.

Do you sell Maine Coon kittens to families in other states?

Yes. Cat Paravel works with families throughout the United States, not only in Minnesota. We can discuss pickup and available transportation options based on your location.

Do you sell Maine Coon kittens with breeding rights?

Cat Paravel kittens sold within the United States are placed as pets only and are sold without breeding rights.

Breeding rights may be considered for registered and established Maine Coon breeders outside the United States. International breeding placements are evaluated individually and are subject to breeder approval, pedigree compatibility, health requirements, and a separate breeding agreement.
